I am not sure. If I did not miss any
step, I think the outline meet the criteria we discussed. It includes the
thesis, topic sentence and simple detail.

it have been more helpful to make the outline before writing the first draft or
after? Why?
I think it’s helpful to make the outline
after writing the first draft. Because when we are writing an essay, we will
edit the essay many times. Sometime you will change the outline that you make
before the first draft. If you make an outline after you finish the first
draft, the outline can help you check your essay’s structure. And you can find
some problem in your essay when you writing an outline. Thus, I think it is
more helpful to make the outline after finish the first draft.
